The location of the cottages is fantastic. The area of Northumberland within easy reach of the property is well owrth exploring and covers a varied array of interests from Barters books to Whitehouse farm and a cast castles to the tranquility of Lindesfarne Island when the tide comes back in mid-afternoon... Enjoy!

Excellent location to be based for exploring the somewhat neglected but very beautiful North East, even the mining museum outside Ashington was stunning! Also ideal for exploring Hadrian's Wall country. Accommodation was first class and staff very helpful.
